Stephen: I am beginner in web development , I like to code

, But I don't how to think logically to solve a problems?
But after seeing a code I can easily get it
I don't where am I lagging.
I am from non computer science background

Any one give me some suggestions

If it's logic practice you need, try checking out Computer Science basics. Data Structures is a good start.

Learn a programming language, maybe PHP then build lots of projects with it ... Afterwards you can still do more complex stuffs ... After doing this consistently for 3 months i think you are good to go as a web developer
