As he said, he is a student. You don't know where is he. You don't know what's his next step. Maybe he knows oop as well and he needs to learn some more things. Maybe it's enough to learn syntax things... When when i tell you to drive, i assume you know how to drive. If you don't know, you will learn that and if you don't been familiar with that, it will be question in your brain for future that I have to learn that someday.
