This little bit of data scraping, data preprocessing and graph

plotting is heating up my laptop too much .-.

I can hear the fans whirring and feel the computer slowing down due to this

It's literally just 70 values that needs to be processed. I don't understand why it's so taxing on my CPU.

I'm using Python for this.

Device: MacBook Air 2017, i5, 120GB

Please advise. I'm really worried. Should I visit Apple store?

Open up task manager/resource monitor and see what is being consumed more than it should
