https://coderwall.com/p/il1tog/php-for-vs-foreach-benchmark read please as you can see foreach is faster than for in PHP 5.4. but don't know about memory and cpu usage 👀 anyway 10,000 isn't too much for this generation of CPU's at least for the servers.😊 so take it easy

I don't think so. if you don't face max_execution_time error or memory limit error. anyway its difference between foreach amd for in this case. search and fibd which one has better performance
