Hi, I'm working on a social media website,but there is

a bug,when i enter the post in text area and press submit button it normally inserts the post into table in database,but when i refresh the webpage again,the browser inserts the same post in table...its duplicating the post everytime i refresh the page how to stop it?

You are probably returning a view instead of redirecting after submitting the form
