I have question about composer and laravel, Is that possible

to make command "composer instal/update" can be run in offline computer ?
Or anybody know how big size of files when run command "composer instal/update" ? 100mb 50mb 20mb or less 1mb ? Sorry im using limited internet...

composer install doesn't download new files every time, it first checks things in cache. Cache is in your home directory. In windows it's location is something like AppData/local/composer And in *nix machines it's location is something like .local/composer
