No I haven't faced that

in 7 days ram usage increased 130 mb to 550mb for every request my bot check user joined my channel or not i think await bot(functions.channels.GetParticipantRequest(chat, user)) cost more ram how can i clear old caches

What are you trying to do o don't think ram get effected by this

i always purge everything every 24 hours so i have no idea about that you should check your code first
