Hi guys! I have another very interesting question. So, if

user has enabler forwarded messages "nobody", when i try to make direct link to him or her account via tg://user?id= - it does not working. If user has forwarded messages everybody - it's working (the link is active). Is it possible to any way make link to user with hidden forwarded messages?

you aren't allowed to make a mention to someone with privacy enabled, outside a chat they exist in.. it's just a server limitation for privacy, you can access the person you cached forever, but not allowed to share it.
