you should read up https://core.telegram.org/bots/webapps, web apps are hardly related to telegram api itself, it's a communication between your web app and the client of user. once you have the skeleton of the web app ready, ask a specific question if it's about inputting the chosen results in to the user chat, since there are two types of webapps, one opened with a keyboard button (KeyboardButtonSimpleWebView), they produce service messages of messageActionWebViewDataSentMe with a basic bytes payload when web app triggers SendData to your bot at end. also inline buttons web app, a more advanced one and can input results of media for users like an inlineQuery. and also in @botfather as a menu buttons https://core.telegram.org/api/bots/menu
