I want login with Telethon and use telethon option...

Telethon doesn't connect to your proxy, it uses python_socks internally, which is responsible of relaying the packets to your proxy server, then to Telegram and back to you just try to use the proxy through any other software, and figure out the issue

Is it possible to connect the entire server to the proxy to log in from that IP? If so, how do you do it?

ipv sex is probably not supported, but your issue is not with telethon as i said, the proxy library is failing to authorize or connect or whatever, idk much about proxies. diagnose it yourself using tools or anything
