I don’t need to get any unnecessary updates, that can lead to increasing size of session file and journal unnecessarily or engaging too much ram and cpu in my system, but I need to my client running in the same time and do some simple requests

no. proxies aren't related to telethon, read the docs of the proxy library telethon uses or get a new one proxy

it's not something you should use, and server decides what it does. the library wraps the requests in a different invoke that asks for no updates, only for certain requests, it will be ignored once you make usual requests.
