Hi Everyone, Bit of a random question but my mother (who

is is useless with tech 🤦🏻‍♂️) accidentally deleted her Google authentication app and when I reinstalled her code is no longer there that she uses to log in. So she is unable to log in now. I'm not hopeful that this has happened to anyone else because who deletes their two factor authentication lol 🤦🏻‍♂️.
I have contacted support but just wondered if anyone else has other ideas? We need to log in to redo kyc.

Thanks I will check unfortunately I don't think she has them 🤦🏻‍♂️ and wasn't backed up. Luckily some others replied in the other groups and said that they have had similar issues and that Celsius can fix it on the back end and remove the 2 factor authentication. Have sent support an email

Does she have the recovery code or the QR code as a picture anywhere? The new update allows also you to log in to here Google account in the app and recover from there. Look for the latest updates in Google Play or App Store.
