Hey everyone, I'm trying to determine if this is even

a telethon issue, or a Telegram issue...or something else, but I wanted to check here first.

In a TG group, I have Rose and my Telethon bot. Rose's antiraid was enabled, and then disabled. Ever since it was disabled, my telethon bot doesn't receive the user_joined chat Action event. I then set up a new ChatAction event handler to capture all ChatAction events, and It doesn't appear to be receiving anything of that sort now.

Anyone have any guidance on this? I'm running Telethon v1.28.5

Edit: I should note that every once in a while, the user_joined ChatAction will get triggered, but not every time. I would say 1/20 get handled.

mostly a server thing, restart everything and try with an events.Raw to exclude event handing issue even if unlikely, and see if any other welcome bots are working fine
