it's useless. they're already cached in .session file just use ids, unless you're deleting it, then Pass telethon.types.InputPeerUser() object than ids, and the "character" in the number is just a sign. it's normal

That's not possible. they're all cached while getting the admin log. anything that raised ValueError wasn't in it
