Can i save cache via variable serialization in variable?

it's useless. they're already cached in .session file just use ids, unless you're deleting it, then Pass telethon.types.InputPeerUser() object than ids, and the "character" in the number is just a sign. it's normal

once you iterate through the admin log, they're all cached in your .session file, i don't see why you're manually saving them

That's not possible. they're all cached while getting the admin log. anything that raised ValueError wasn't in it

no, just drop it. if they do something or spam in your discussion group, deal with them, now it's Telegram's job to deal with it. it's not gonna do anything to you
