Hey guys, I was testing a reposter/forwarder code, and when

I switched from userbot to bot, I've spotted weird behavior: channel message delete event comes instantly on userbot, where for normal bot it comes reliably but only arrives after some other event on the channel (perms change, new message, edit etc). can anybody explain why would they do this?
