doesn't seem so good to evade floods, you may cause more time waste than server giving you floods, just set a reasonable delay after doing some tests, ignore anything else and let it get caused, doesn't harm to get floods, and probably increase the sleep for a period of time after it's lifted to reduce calls everytime you hit one

it's not known, depending on which request caused the FloodWait, and the frequency of your request, you need to come up with a good sleep cooldown time between each request
