When user is extracted from group along with hash this

Question

When user is extracted from group along with hash this

hash are different for same user if extracted from different account why? is there somthing to do with this hash? do there is need of hash from all account?

so what's the point of hash in your opinion. why would server spend time to make unique int and spend extra bandwidth for that field if you can make it random
