Hey all, for those of us who live in areas

not covered by PayPal or coinbase, is there any possibility of petitioning to process withdrawals directly from the Celsius App? I don’t understand why it has to go through distribution partners and introduce so many more complicating factors.

If you send funds to the wrong crypto address, they may be lost forever. Doing it through a controlled exchange that has done their due diligence and KYC solves this issue and prevents fraud, etc.

No. You have to contact them at the provided email address and ask for other options. I'm sure they are aware of the issue and have a plan for the ones that are affected. They are not going to use the Celsius App.
