Does it mean the only action I need to perform

is to create a coinbase account with the same email I have my Celsius account with. No further steps needed at this point in time? wouldn’t they need to know from me that I in fact have the account ready or not..

that's all you need to do. if you are not ready when it's time for distribution, it's probably going to be more delays. they might look for you or pocket it themselves, who knows 🤷‍♂️
