“Forever” as in year 2140 when last bitcoin is mined…would get our losses erased if Michael Saylor is correct in his $1 million bitcoin price. Court Article says each share will be priced at $20 until they hit the market for trading.

Very funny. You're concerned about 'forever'; i'm concerned about more immediate timeframe. We need Ionic to have their S1 approved by SEC and an exchange; then the shares to attain 'unrestricted' status at the Transfer Agen so my Broker can get them. At that point I'll feel like Josh saw me wide open in the endzone.

Please clarify your question. We know that when Ionic goes public, our shares will be held by a Transfer Agent in our name. We will then need a Broker that can get our shares from the Transfer Agent into your brokerage account. At that point the shares are yours forever.
