For BTC distribution done via PayPal, Coinbase, is it done on BTC based on the % of your BTC claim?

Oh, haha. I typed out a longer response, but looks like was auto deleted due to the word "💩". Tl;dr: it really sucks for people receiving cheques, given the recent price apprection -- you're getting another haircut on top of the 2 main haircuts already. I'm probably still a bit too sleepy, but I don't quite follow your last question. Is possible to rephrase?
