Hello, Is anybody here who could help me? My father was not

verified on coinbase when they distributed the crypto. he got an email that he has to verify.
then he succeeded with the verification.
but we don’t know how we can get the crypto now. he is waiting since over two weeks.
we wrote to stretto, but just got an general answer.
anybody in the same situation?

i wrote to this email.
any other suggestions?

this is the case. the problem was, that the day they tried to distribute it, the account was not yet verified and the email was a different one. about a couple of days later all was verified and set up properly. but now there has been weeks. is there a reason why you think it will come? and are you sure there is no action required? do they try to redistribute in certain time intervals? thank you

hey i have the exact same scenario, stretto said they wll send to the new coinbase account i created and it has been about a week so will let you now if mine come in. for those that have received their funds do they pay in usdt or the tokens? i assume usdt but based off what price since all has pumped?

they pay in coins of course and that’s important. so hopefully they will pay us in coins. what email did you email to? thank you 🙏

I emailed Stratton but first Celsius support went around in circles for a while then they said it should go to my new coinbase acct

thank you. could you be so kind to provide the emails you emails to? i am not sure. but to be 100% sure i understand you: celsius support told you, that the coins will go to the new coinbase account, correct? 🙏

It will come. Just ensure that the email used on celcius is the same as in coinbase.
