I still haven't received my crypto distribution yet. I have

written to streto about 5 times now, but receive the same template email as their reply. I am getting very worried that I will either get nothing, or they will only send $ instead of my crypto.
Anyone have ideas about what I can do..?

i do, but they wrote to me a few weeks ago saying it wasn't set up properly
