New update from my side, I have received another email

I am from India and now moved to UK. I opened Revolut bank account denominated in USD while I am in UK and gave them account number and swift code belonging to this account but then 2 days ago they sent me this: You are receiving this email because we attempted to process your Celsius claim distribution, but the Wire Transfer Form that you submitted was incomplete and/or inaccurate. The issuing bank could not attempt a wire transfer with the bank details you provided. Message Bad or Missing Beneficiary Name and/or Mismatch w/ Celsius User Name Missing Beneficiary Address 1 Please accurately complete the Wire Transfer Form by Tuesday, April 16, 2024, in order for us to reattempt your Celsius claim distribution via a bank wire transfer.

There are only 2 options for routing type, either ...

I checked with Revolut support and there is no rejection. Does it mean that they're validating address on my Celsius account vs address mentioned in my bank account and if it's not matching then they're not even initiating wire transfer?
