Is there a way I can do docs better? I particularly

do not like duplicating definitions in a string, but would still like to keep my own text to describe what the variables are for.

Python 3.12, not limited by compatibility with older versions.

Notice docstrings are duped because Pyright cannot be used together with Jedi LSP with no way to fix this, complain about it. Remove types from docstrings, switch to Google style docstrings. Install https://github.com/rodolphebarbanneau/python-docstring-highlighter/ to highlight them in view, then complain about it being broken. and other things I am forgetting...
