Hello guys, i hope you are well. Could you check it

please?
I have installed python telegram bot package in my ENV as you see i have activated in my vscode terminal,
But when i run the program,
Python debugger will top up and tell me they are not installed,
D u have any idea?

i think VSCode is using a different python interpreter than the one you set up. try running it from the commandline without any vscode involvement

If vscode, on the bottom bar there should be a button that says python, click it and it should list the available interpreters and venvs you have, then you can select the one you want
