.Is there an open source solution (be it a signalR + .net core backend setup )that we can host in our server to facilitate this ? or we have to implement the WebRTC logic in the app itself. It should be able to withstand a good bit of traffic. I dont have much idea about this setup. Thought if i can get a lead /idea in the group
does it have to be webrtc? something like a zoom sdk is one of the easiest options if you want to take the developer route (not the cheapest obv)
We are preferring an unpaid route as of now. Will check the zoom sdk as well
also if you have an internal phone line like asterisk it may already support webrtc
