I have some questions regarding freelance work? lets say I

am making an app and using firebase as a database on which account should I create database ?
1.On my account
2.On clients account(if they let me or I ask them?)
3. should I make a new account(abc@gmail.com)

its the same all the services that uses Gmail or any account for services
what should I do?

i have no freelance experience but since the app will be handed over to them and they will completely own it, they should also own the db and api makes sense to me you owning it makes no sense
