Because C/C++ doesn't store the name of the parameter. Only

So, y ou want to pass b? you also have to pass a... or it will treat b as a and default b.

I didn't expect this from c++ .-. because if I have 5 parameters and I want to pass the last parameter's value I must pass the default values again then -.-
