If u use a linker, it doesn't save function names

in executable. An archiver doesn't create an executable, it rather creates a file made of multiple object files and those again need function names, but won't land in the executable after linking (unless the applications needs function names to load them from a dynamic library but I'm not so familiar with dynamic libraries).Where do you see functions names in the executable? How are they called? What are your compiler and linker flags?

yes yes yes im not trying to explain technical details im just trying to prevent my compiler from doing that you are trying to dive in it going down more and more
