Experience and time
if you’re just starting, just researching and studying the syntax/basics is a good start. Then eventually, just studying that and doing turorials won’t be enough. So then you should start making really simple personal projects (while continuing to study, research, and learn). Then when you feel comfortable enough, you could tackle bigger more complex projects and/or start contributing to open source projects
You never really stop learning and improving your logic, but there are numerous epiphanies and humps you’ll get over and more and more things will start to click. I don’t think it’s possible to ever reach a point where you can’t learn any more and swarnim is right. Don’t expect it to happen super quickly or over night. Patience, persistance, and grinding!
