I was watching my Minecraft server boot up and the

fixed line for input surprised me. How does one implement that? It is similar to this:
```
Outputlalala
Outputlalala
Outputlalala
Outputlalala
> input here
```
And no matter what you're typing, no matter what is being printed, the input line just never gets overwritten.
Not only Minecraft does this tho. Some telegram cli thingy for linux also does this.
I really don't know what to search for. Just giving me some hints to what I should search would be great.
