Hello guys how can i build an android ROM from

base to a specific device myself?
Any tutorials/books that are helpful You know?

It has been a mystery to myself when I refer to related sites such as wiki.lineageos it guides but It seems not comprehensive because android kernel needs c but it doesn't any mentions to c it just shows some simple Linux commands but developers when build an android ROM it takes long time not with some simple linux commands

I confused
if anyone knows the way tell me!
