I can say: "Well, C doesn't have a good package

management like Go does, this should be reviewed and the community could work to improve C in this aspect, like a general package manager for C"
Or i can say " C sucks, not like Go which has good package management"
See the difference?

That won't happen first of all since C++ is not software, but a specification. The ecosystem is too fragmented with different compilers and different ways of doing things
