Why should we write it for him? He needs telnet libs, which are not simple to use. The entire process would be cut into atleast 80 lines for a simple console command or a 3 line bash script. That was the point. Why should we write him “an example in C” when that is complete overkill and you know it. I also question your use of the word “need”. He wanted it, for his ‘workers’. Claimed he was knowledgable in C++, yet couldn’t even hash out a basic system variable? So I’m sorry if you think he was let down here. I’d wager he is letting himself down and wasting our time by not heeding our suggestions.
