Question

This rule makes no sense. why should one get out

of his way to make a proper screenshot while installing an operating system?
This assumes that the OS allows me to keep the desktop AND the installer open at the same time, which is not always the case and it assumes that there is any way to get the file over to telegram and I'm pretty sure that noone is going to set up networking in a live boot cd and is downloading and configuring telegram just because this rule exists

Posts about Linux don't belong here in the first place. I'm sure the Linux group is more lax if you're doing an install or having a boot issue
