Question

Hey my nextcloud which were in a docker container before

wasn't working anymore (the whole container won't start). However I was able to recover the database files (IDB and FRM) as well as the data directory of the nextcloud. Now I've set up a clean nextcloud without docker (because the issue last time was most likely caused by some weird behaviour between the nextcloud image and docker) and I think I only need to patch the database and the files. However it turns out you can't just copy the IDB files into the directory where those are stored. So my question is: Is there any way to either import those files directly or is there a way to convert those files into SQL files which I could then import?
