I have question about oauth2 in asp.net core , i

know must use a framework like identityserver4 but every tutorial i see in web about implement jwt in identityserver and export a file json like pass..." ", i see oauth2 in postman in authentication section but all of tutorial use bearer token or header not use oauth2 for registering! ,iam beginner in asp but and i want to know the only way to implement restful api is Jwt?in my case i want to make cms,app on mobile and a simple website

although the question is offtopic, don't get confused, there is API token authentication where mostly you use JWT, and then there is Oauth2 which is an identity exchange protocol with different authentication flows.
