It’s is not popular just because of google but it

is popular because developers loved it.

If you are still not convinced , tell me about polymer project ? Was is popular just because google backed it ?

And it’s not just because of google , it is popular because developers liked it and they can make apps with beautiful user interfaces within less time also they can export them to android ,iOS , Web , Linux , windows , Mac & embedded.

Long back When we wanted to build a native app where performance , responsiveness and Flexibility of native features across different platforms on single codebase was very important. So we tired almost everything and went back to building the app on individual code base ( swift and java ).

But when we found flutter , things were different and now we are using flutter to build many apps which are in production with HALF THE TIME of developing the apps on other platforms or frameworks

Swift and Java were tries at unifying Code Base...😅 Try re-reading what you said.

Did we ever have a Polymer IO??? Did these ever get pushed enough by people? Also except for the people here and those in constant touch of Android and iOS development technologies don't know what Flutter is even of some might have heard of it.
