If you are an experienced dev - you will absolutely hate it at first, since it will be totally opposite to every thing that you have learnt till now about css. Once you get over the initial yuckiness and actually use it on a sort of mid-scale project (not a toy project), you will begin to appreciate how fantastic and quick it is to apply "proper" programming stuff to it. — very very powerful once you start extracting custom utility classes in combination with a front end framework such as vue, react or svelte, Be warned, there is definately a learning curve with it... first few week you may keep going back to the documentation and really trying to figure out how to apply that concept you know - flex, grid etc and then using the variants to really get the most out of the framework Its not very tough, you can really get the hang of it pretty soon.
