Does anyone know how I can get the equation of

a perceptron? Are the following variables correct?

b = bias = w0
m = average of the weights

And finally, the equation must look something like this: f(x) = mx+b

But it doesn't give me a correct line; What do you think is wrong? Am I mistaking somewhere?
