You should be aware of the drawbacks. I am not sure if Angular comes with what people refer to as SSR nowadays. It would be good to brush up on these concepts first ;)

Try javascript first ..but it will be very difficult i think because you will see little or no practical improvement in javascript in sjort term as html and css gives confidence to learn and changes are reflected easily
