Hello guys, I want to put a feature on my app

where user can add text to their videos.

But I'm stuck. Should I put the video with the text on a canvas and get the dataUrl, or should I put them on SVG (I've not used SVG before and I'm not comfortable with it😒)?

And I also want the text to be drag-able.

Please I need your help.🙏

Text to their video. Like.. a comment? a description? Or on top of their video? For what duration? Coupled with the time? Is there a video editor that you have to build? do you just need to display them?
