How do you lose focus on a button once its

clicked? I've seen solutions but they refer to css and visual blue outline. When I click on Play, my game starts but I can't use "Space" to jump because it's focused on that button and user can't do shit unless clicks on game itself

you can change focus by calling focus on the element you need to be focused
