Hello, i have a form like this. Is there any

to get data from another file after clicking the submit button?

Like: user entered a username for ex admin which is already taken by another user. (i have another file which echo's false if username is taken, true if the username is available over parsing username value via POST {'check.php'})

is there any way to get the response when user clicks the submit button and tell that the username is not available if its not available(getting response from check.php).
