Hi! I want to publish my lib to github and

npm. This is a set of utils I use in every project. My questions are: Should I use bundler if yes which one? Should I use babel? How I can minimize a size of the lib? If you can advise or point to the ultimate article where its describes from a to z, it will be nice. I've found a few articles but the opinions of its authors are different, so I decided to ask the community.

Is it a frontend or backend library (or both)? Are you building for frontend and for node? docs > articles
