Hi i have a question about angular or ract or

anyother framework in js world
in java we have gwt that translate java code into js code with enhancing and modifing to produce faster and gain better js code that run in browser

does js frameworks do the same?

i searched a little and all i found was talk about performance not how they generate code and if they enhance written code or not

my main problem is that gwt produce the better js code when an unexprienced user writes it with js and since my coworkers are familiar with java and not js i need to know how those framework/libraries handle developer codes
