I'Ve only did the basics of Angular, and I didn't

feel bad. But what framework do you suggest to start webapp development? My goal is to use technologies used in companies for a future (at the moment I'm a student and I already know Android apps)

i recommend starting with pure vanilla js to learn the browser API and such, then u can move to the right framework for u.
