Hello again , do we have to build npm packages

when we publish them? i mean i have a folder of an angular module. why do i need to build it and include all angular stuff?
why can't i only include code and ask that you have to use it in angular project and my angular imports get imported from user angular project. and expect webpack to resolve dependancies automatically? is this possible?

You shouldn't add Angular as a dependency to publish an angular module
