Any Vuejs experts here? Id like to add GSAP Animations/Transitions

between route changes, but as far as I know I can only define javascript transition hooks on the parent component, not like "normal" css transitions, that can be defined on the router view child component. In that fashion I can't think of a way how to define individual transitions between routes. Am I right?

Not an expert, hell not even Intermediate but If I understand your question correctly, can you write those "normal" css transitions in parent template in scoped form and then assign it to router view? this should technically work.
